This visual notation is inspired by a photograph by photographer Ethan James Green, with a focus on the somatic exploration of elemental qualities using materiality as a tool for thinking about figuration and plant life and their respective signifiers, as well as on such historical touchpoints as the Pre-Raphaelites.
